Jimmy is a graduate of Star City High School and Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He is a licensed funeral director, embalmer and a certified crematory operator.  Jimmy has been employed at Griffin Services Inc. for 42 years. Jimmy recently retired as the Lincoln County Coroner, a role he served for 32 years, and continues to work as a deputy coroner.  Jimmy is a member of First Baptist Church in Star City and a member of the Star City Area Chamber of Commerce. In January 2018, he and his wife, Marsha, purchased Griffin Services Inc, which includes Griffin Funeral Service in Star City and Roselawn Funeral Service, Crematory and Cemetery in Pine Bluff. Jimmy and Marsha have two children and three grandchildren,  Trent and wife Ally and their children Annalee and William, and Slade and his wife Julie and their daughter Myla. Jimmy is the son of Richard and Dorothy Hawkins.

Marsha Hawkins is a graduate of Star City High School and the University of Arkansas at Monticello where she received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Marsha is a licensed funeral director and a certified crematory operator. Marsha is a member of  First Baptist Church in Star City and the Star City Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2019 Marsha retired from the Lincoln County Department of Human Services after 31 years.  Jimmy and Marsha have two children and three grandchildren, Trent and his wife Ally, and their children Annalee and William, and Slade and his wife Julie, and their daughter Myla. Marsha is the daughter of the late Noel and Virginia Leach.

Matthew Padgett General Manager, Funeral Director, Embalmer and Certified Crematory Operator

Matthew is a graduate of Star City High School and the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service. He is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in Arkansas and Kentucky. Matthew is also a Certified Crematory Operator. Matthew currently serves as Lincoln County Coroner and Manager of the Star City Municipal Airport.  Matthew is married to Michelle Lawson Padgett and has one daughter, Amelia, and a son Harrison.  He is the son of Charles and Susan Padgett.

Trinity Burnett Office Manager/Funeral Director

Trinity Bolen Burnett is a native of Pine Bluff, where she is a '97 graduate of Watson Chapel High School. She is married to Michael Burnett, Jr. and they have a son, Bodie Michael Burnett . Trinity has been employed with Griffin Services since 2010. Trinity is the daughter of Deborah Tucker Bolen of Star City and the late Billy Bolen.

Samantha is a graduate of Star City High and also holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Samantha began mortuary school in September of 2024. Samantha is the daughter of Dusty Bennett and Peggy Bennett.
