Biography
Katie Glover Cogbill, 59, of Benton, died Tuesday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. She was born June 13, 1950 in Pine Bluff to the late Eugene and Marion Frances Burns Glover. She was a retired school teacher, and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Star City.
Also preceding her in death was a brother, Floyd Glover.
Survivors include a daughter, Kasey Reid of Little Rock; sister, Marian Baggett of Star City; 2 grandchildren, Morgan Reid, Chase Reid; and great grandchild, Autumn Mills.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Griffin Funeral Chapel in Star City. Bro. Dwayne Roper will officiate. Burial will be in Leek Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Baggett, Greg Baggett, Michael Baggett, Trey Reid, Chase Reid and Jerry Vogts.
